I seem to have developed an interest in installing some OSes as of late.
The purpose of this blog is to write about my experiences in doing so. I'm not experienced to *review* said operating systems but I would like to share my opinion on things related to the installation process, problems, annoyances, ease of use etc.
I've been primarily a Windows user but I really like the Open Source ideolgy so in that spirit, I decided to try out some Linux distros and have been installing/uninstalling distros like the 'buntus, SuSE, Fedora etc. for the past year or so.
I also use a MacBook. I must admit, I like Apple's OS X quite alot. It's very easy to use, intuitive, stable and looks nice to boot. I now consider the MacBook my primary machine. The transition from Windows to Macintosh was easy although there were a few things I had to "figure out."
As time permits, I'll update accordingly. I hope this may be of some use.
